Description
The Curtiss-Wright Condor was the end line development of an era in airline transportation. The Condor had several advanced developments which earmarked it as perhaps the first “modern airliner” including the first electrically-operated retractable landing gear in a transport and a comfortable soundproof cabin. Although its life as an airliner in the United States was limited, most survived many years afterward in foreign countries as late as 1950 and several led expeditions as far south as Antarctica.
Models & Model Kits are supplied unpainted and unassembled unless otherwise noted.
